WE ARE TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS

Dr Lyon and Partners

We are located on the first floor of the Lever Chambers Centre for Health, in Bolton. All the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal, postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

We are a long established practice within Bolton with a history going back to the days before the inception of the NHS.  All our doctors are long-term partners in the practice allowing us to build up good relationships with our patients. We are a training facility and currently take medical students from Manchester University

Our mission is to provide our patients with high quality, accessible care in a safe, responsive and courteous manner.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY REVIEW!

If you have a Long Term Chronic Disease such as Asthma, COPD, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Hypertension (high blood pressure) or Stroke, then we are making a few changes to the annual practice nurse review.

You will now receive one annual invite and all your Long Term Chronic Conditions will be reviewed at the same time.

You will be contacted by one of our reception team, medical secretary or practice nurse by telephone in your birth month to book an appointment to attend the surgery for your review. If we are unable to contact you by phone we will send you a letter asking you to contact reception to book your appointment.

Please ensure you take advantage when offered these reviews as they will benefit your health and wellbeing.
