Octagon Medical Centre provides a service to support people who are homeless. The service aims to improve access to GP care, reduce health inequalities, and support patients with physical health, mental health, and wider wellbeing needs. We work closely with local homeless services, housing teams, and support organisations to provide coordinated and compassionate care.
Please note there is also a Homeless and Vulnerable adult service in based in Lever Chambers that offers Drop in clinics on Monday, Tuesday and Friday between 10am and 2pm
