We’re upgrading our telephone system on Wednesday, 12th March 2025. This change is being made in line with NHS requirements to enhance patient care, including the introduction of a call-back feature and improved call data to help us manage demand more effectively.
From this date, our new contact number will be 📞 01204 969343. Please update your records, as our current number will no longer be in use.
To minimise disruption, we kindly ask that non-urgent calls be kept to a minimum on the day of the switch.
There may be a brief period when our phone lines are temporarily offline, but we expect this to be short-lived. The practice will remain open, and all scheduled appointments will go ahead as planned.
